New vitrified range showcased at the sgd conference and futurescape event

Stonemarket was thrilled to be able to showcase its brand new range of vitrified paving at two events last month to garden designers, landscapers, and landscape architects.

Stonemarket attended the SGD Autumn Conference on 8th November and the Futurescape event on 18th November displaying its entire vitrified range. The stands were manned by experts who were able to take visitors through the large number of benefits of this exciting material.

At the events, garden designers and landscapers were able to sign up to Stonemarket’s Garden Design Network (SGDN) and Stonemarket Landscaper Network, both of which include a range of benefits, including a free, search optimised profile page within Stonemarket’s online directory.

Vitrified paving combines technical performance with a stunning appearance. Forming the range for 2015 are Gravity, Lucent and Paleo. Gravity is available in two on-trend colours; Basalt which is a dark grey with a flamed type texture, and Black which features a lustrous true black which is difficult to achieve in other materials.

With its authentic appearance and gently riven texture, Lucent comes in two colours; Copper exhibits an exciting range of russet and gold tones over a blue-grey background, while Blue offers the classic look that has been popular in Britain for many years.

Paleo comes in three contemporary colours – Sand, Gold and the subtle blue Azura, and a variety of formats. Sand and Gold can be laid in a coursed laying pattern, or a very modern look, while Azura can be laid in a four-size random pattern.

All packs of vitrified paving include the right amount of a specially created narrow jointing compound in a choice of buff or grey.

David Morris, National Sales Manager at Stonemarket, said: “Our new range of vitrified paving drew a lot of attention as people are genuinely excited about the product and its possibilities. We also had a lot of interest in our Stonemarket Garden Designer and Landscaper Networks, with a number of people signing up on the day.”

The range will be in stock and available to purchase in January.
